Do you have experience of making data work for your stakeholders? Then we would like to hear from you.

In this post you will be responsible for the timely, fit for purpose and accurate provision of data to across this extremely busy student facing directorate contributing to student retention and overall student experience.  As the first point of contact for reporting needs, stats, insight and be the go to data expert for teams, including guidance on best practice, a strong focus on customer principles is key to this post.

This post takes ownership of both quantitative and qualitative data, ensuring data administration is completed to a high standard and you will need to interpret complex management information to contribute to the development, preparation, monitoring and evaluation of departmental performance. This role works across a range of stakeholders in collaboration with the Information and Communications Technology (ICT) Development Office, information managers and departmental colleagues to develop process and deliver specific projects. 

To be successful in to post, you will have:

A proven ability to handle data and information in a sensitive and professional way. The ability to spot trends in relevant data extracts.Experience of creating management information and disseminating results.Excellent communication (written and oral) and influencing skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders at all levels.An understanding of good project management and multi-stakeholder planning.
