About You

Applicants must be able to demonstrate the ability to use their own initiative as well as working within a team.  Excellent communication skills, time management, evidence of external networking and a solution focussed approach are essential skills for this post.

About the Role

Following a successful bid to HEE, an exciting opportunity has now arisen for an experienced professional to support planned and ongoing sustainable growth in pre-registration midwifery placements across the North West covering the Cheshire and Merseyside region. The post is available for 1 year to project manage the expansion in midwifery placement capacity across the Region on behalf of Edge Hill University, Liverpool John Moores University and the University of Chester.

The post holder will be expected to work across traditional organisational and system boundaries to support this growth, working closely with other post holders across the North to share best practice and learning.

This post will be based at Edge Hill University and will require extensive travel across the North-West, so a car driver is essential.
