Lincoln International Business School (with the status of a separate College within the University of Lincoln) is a growing and ambitious School with an internationally diverse student body and a set of programmes ranked highly in the National Student Survey (NSS). It is a signatory to the Principles of Responsible Management Education (PRME) and is committed to embedding the PRME values in all its undergraduate and postgraduate programmes. 

We are looking to recruit a number of experienced online and distance learning professionals, with the relevant academic qualifications and experience to support learners on our new portfolio of online Master’s programmes which includes the MSc Management (5 pathway programmes) and the new MBA in Leadership.  This is an exciting new project, that launched in January 2020, with over 350 students anticipated enrolling in 20/21 joining the 150 students already recruited, across the 6 master’s programmes which requires a team of experienced and agile online learning facilitators, to ensure the University of Lincoln’s excellent student experience and academic standards are maintained. 

Associate Lecturers/Online Learning Facilitators are required to support the students regularly throughout each 8-week module, via the VLE, and the role includes discussion moderation and facilitation, formative and summative assessment and on the MBA programme, hosting online workshops.

We are looking in particular for people not only with the appropriate expertise, but experience online learning with specialisms in finance accounting, More details about our portfolio can be found here www.online.lincoln.ac.uk 

New Facilitators will be provided with full training and support in preparation for the role and will be expected to be available to support students 4 out of 7 days in every week. 

This position does not fulfil the UK Visas & Immigration sponsorship criteria for Tier 2.
