About You

We are seeking friendly customer service professionals to join our dynamic faculty. 

The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service and interpersonal skills. This role is ideally suited to individuals with experience of front facing customer service; demonstrating empathy, patience, confidentiality and subject knowledge or else using own initiative to guide and problem solve. You will be organised, manage your time effectively and be driven to deliver an outstanding and quality focused customer experience. 

About the Role

You will work within the School Administration Team to deliver an outstanding customer experience. 

You will be responsible for the day-to day running of the Information Desk and foyer area in the Faculty of Health, Social Care & Medicine Building and the Clinical Skills and Simulation Centre, providing a front-line service. You will provide a professional and welcoming first impression of the Faculty and have responsibility for a range of administration activities, whilst providing an outstanding customer experience, by acting as first point of contact to all enquirers and visitors.
