About You

If you are looking for an exciting professional support opportunity in a dynamic team then this is the role for you. To be successful it is essential that you have excellent communication skills and the confidence to liaise directly with students and academics alike to enhance the overall student experience. You will be flexible, personable and a great team player with an enthusiastic, can do approach that will support the ongoing work and development of the Professional Learning Department.

About the Role

You will provide a range of professional support within the Professional Learning Department across a variety of accredited and non-accredited professional learning opportunities. You will support the Team Leader as you follow the student journey from initial marketing through application, recruitment and subsequent study, ensuring a planned, prioritised and customer focused service at all times.
