About You
You will be a passionate and approachable individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A background in a simulation-based and clinical skills environment would be an advantage as well as an interest in computer-based technologies related to simulation and skills-based education. You should have excellent communication and relationship-building skills and be able to work independently as well as part of a team. This is a unique opportunity to work in a Simulation and Skills Education team that supports across the Faculty of Health, Social Care & Medicine
About the Role
The postholder will be required to provide a high standard of assistance to staff and faculty to ensure technical support to the Simulation and Skills Education team and be able to communicate well with team members and faculty. The role will include setting up and breaking down of the simulation and skills areas, maintenance of associated equipment and technologies and participation in the design and running of simulation scenarios. It will be an exciting, interesting, varied and challenging role, which will require you to be adaptable, creative, supportive and organised, with a willingness to try new approaches.
