A rich professional experience with technical proficiency in design, potentially across a number of creative disciplines, is desirable. Experience of teaching design in Higher Education is desirable, or if the candidate works primarily in professional practice, evidence of coordinating group activities in a creative endeavour will also be considered. We will welcome applicants with experience in progressive initiatives to encourage design participation for diverse communities.
