Applications are invited for the position of Associate Professor in Accounting, which is based in the Accounting Division at Nottingham University Business School. 

Candidates should have a PhD (or equivalent) in a relevant area, together with significant teaching experience in relevant subjects at HE level.  The person appointed will be expected to engage in high quality research and teaching on the range of programmes offered by the School.

A track record of publications in world-leading, peer-reviewed journals in Accounting is required along with an ability to supervise postgraduate and PhD students. Candidates should have the ability to advance their own research area, the flexibility to collaborate with colleagues and the ability to work well in a team. They should have excellent communication and presentation skills and the ability to teach at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels in relevant subjects within Accounting (especially Management Accounting, although all areas offered will be considered). They will also be required to make an appropriate contribution to administration.
