Landscape Services Manager

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Landscape Services Manager to join us as part of our Campus Services Team.

Based at the University’s Highfield Campus you will be responsible for delivering a quality service to all soft landscaping across all our academic and residential campuses. The role is offered on a full-time permanent basis. 

You will be highly motivated and have extensive experience of the horticultural industry and be able to demonstrate the ability to motivate and manage an in-house workforce, external contractors and suppliers as well as managing the expectations of internal customers and stakeholders.  You will have extensive horticultural knowledge along with design management skills which will enable you plan and implement improvements to the campus. For this role, you will need a skill level equivalent to achievement of HND, Degree, NVQ4 or basic professional qualification in a horticultural related area.

You will be able to demonstrate a good track record of managing across multiple sites, being flexible in your approach, having strong people management and financial management skills.
