About You

With excellent interpersonal and communication skills you will have an understanding and awareness of diversity issues and be committed to widening access, providing opportunities to those who would otherwise face additional barriers. You will have experience of working in higher education and widening participation with evidence of successful motivational skills to engage students. 

You will be able to collate data and produce statistical reports in a range of formats. As well as this, you will have excellent marketing skills, including social media with the ability to increase student engagement. You will be able to work independently but also be a strong team player who can make a significant contribution to the Careers team.

To be successful you will have a desire to work within a University Careers team, and will proactively contribute to improving students’ employability experiences, opportunities and graduate outcomes.

About the Role

In this role you will make a difference, providing careers support to students who may face additional barriers to accessing employability opportunities. 

You will join an innovative Careers team whose focus is on providing the best careers support for our students and graduates, developing employability skills and creating a rang of exciting careers opportunities.
