Catering Assistant (Part Time/Fractional) (NHE242421X1)

Our Costcutter shop and Starbucks Cafe sit at the heart of the Sutton Bonington campus and our Catering Assistants are focused on the needs of the local community. You will be naturally attentive to customers’ needs acknowledging them with a smile, answering queries and suggesting products and services where appropriate. Whether serving customers in the shop or making the perfect latte in the Cafe, you will play a crucial part in our business, helping to create an easy, enjoyable customer experience by delivering a superior service and excellent standards.

We are looking for people that have worked in a similar environment and have excellent customer service skills. Barista experience is desirable. Full training will be given. 

Hours of work are 10 per week worked 5 days out of 7 (mainly 2 days out of 7 to be arranged, any day Monday to Friday between 3.30pm and 7.30pm) for 33 weeks of the year. Flexibility will be required.
