Your role as a Team Leader – Halls of Residence 

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and customer focused Team Leader to join our Catering Team. Based on the award winning 400 acre University Park Campus you will be responsible for the operation, organisation and supervision of a dining room within the student Halls of Residence.

Main duties for this core position within the catering team will include preparing the dining room and servery area for service, organising Formal Dinners and Barbecue’s and all aspects of training, motivating and supervising staff including preparing rota's and using the departments time and attendance system. You will also liaise with suppliers and other internal departments and will ensure excellent service is provided to our customers at all times.

Candidates should have supervisory experience gained within a similar environment, proven planning, administration and organisational skills and have experience of stock control.
