Do you want to work at the cutting edge of climate resilience in the UK?  Do you have considerable experience in a communications role, including the production of publications? Do you excel at organising events and are you confident in the use of digital media in communications?

We are seeking to appoint a talented, motivated and experienced part-time Communications and Engagement Officer to work with our Policy and Communications Manager to support all aspects of communications and engagement on the UK Climate Resilience Programme funded Champion team (UKCR Champion). 

The UK Climate Resilience Programme is jointly led by UK Research and Innovation (UKRI) and the Met Office. It brings together fragmented climate research and expertise to undertake robust multi- and interdisciplinary climate risk and adaptation research to build UK capacity for climate resilience to climate variability and change.

The UKCR programme has been running for three years and is now moving into its final phase with a focus on synthesis, outputs and impact.
