Digital & Technology Services at the University of Nottingham are embarking upon an exciting period of digital transformation, including a key strategic project to replace the core HR, Finance and Procurement systems with Oracle Cloud (HCM, Financial, EPM, SCM) over the next two years.

As Change Co-Ordinator, over a two year period, you will have the opportunity to play a key role in this ambitious digital modernisation programme, supporting the Change Lead and other key stakeholders in planning, designing, and delivering change activities. You will be preparing teams and individuals for new ways of working, which will be enabled by the new solutions being delivered.

 You will have the opportunity to lead on a range of aspects of the digital transformation, including communications, engagement, training, and business change, working university wide with a diverse range of stakeholders.

Core Skills

Experience of working across a change function, and managing and supporting people at every stage of the change journey

Exceptional communication skills and the ability to engage and persuade a range of stakeholders from across the university

A strong understanding of the change process, and embedding new ways of working

Ability to identify advocates and channel enthusiasm for the benefit of the project.

Ability to priorities and multi-task to effectively manage workload and meet key deadlines
