We are offering an exciting opportunity which has arisen for a Customer Services Administrator within the Campus Infrastructure team at the University of Bath.

This is a varied role, we are seeking to recruit an eager, motivated individual to join our small team.

About the role:

The team acts as the central function to co-ordinate all maintenance work received from staff, working closely with the Campus Infrastructure office and Workshop teams to provide reactive and planned maintenance across the Estate. The post is diverse and involves dealing with a wide range of matters in support of the various functions of the Department.

Core hours are between 8.00am and 4.20pm and scheduled among the team, so flexibility is important.

This role is offered on a full time (36.5 hours per week) fixed term basis with an expected end date of 28/02/2023. 

About you: 

You will be well organised, with a strong administrative background and preferably experience within a facilities management environment or similar. You should possess excellent customer service and communication skills, with a common-sense approach to problem solving. You will need initiative and good judgement. The ability to constantly re-prioritise workload in a reactive environment is essential. 

A good understanding of Microsoft packages including Word and Excel is required. Training will be given in the use of University specific software such as Archibus and Agresso.
