Higher and Degree Apprenticeships represent an area of significant development for the University of Brighton and this role offers a varied role for an experienced administrator within the dedicated Apprenticeship Hub Team to support ambitious plans for growth, coordinating activities across all elements of apprenticeship delivery.

The purpose of the role is to develop, manage and deliver effective processes and systems and enable consistent communications between delivery partners.

You will be involved in a wide range of administrative tasks, including; communication with internal and external clients and preparing reports and data inputting on university systems and national portals.  

You will be a part of a dedicated team of staff who comprise the Technical Education and Apprenticeship Hub and have regular contact with colleagues in academic schools and professional services, to gain a good understanding of the apprentice learner journey.

The successful candidate will need excellent communication skills, work well collaboratively and proactively with a keen eye for detail.
