Finance – Unipol Student Homes
Are you a well organised and adaptable individual who would like to join a busy finance team to manage all aspects of the reporting of accurate and timely information? You will also contribute to the efficient running of the finance team.
About Us:
Unipol is a housing Charity established in 1973. We provide assistance in finding and supplying housing for students in Nottingham, Leeds and Bradford.
About the Role:
As a senior member of the finance team at Unipol your duties will include:
Ownership of monthly and quarterly Management Accounts ensuring timely and accurate reportingBusiness partnering all budget holdersPreparation of all expense budgetsOverseeing the Purchase Ledger systemOverseeing the management of the financial transactions for the Property Management portfolioBankingAudit and ad hoc reportingLine management, review, development and appraisal of the Finance Assistant - Purchase Ledger, student placement and Finance Clerks who report directly to the Assistant Finance ManagerAssisting the Finance Manager in day to day operations and training of the Finance teamWhat we offer:
Full Time 35 hours – Monday to Friday
