The University of Hull is looking to appoint an Interim HR Advisor to join our friendly and inclusive team. 

This is an excellent 12-month opportunity for an experienced HR generalist with lots of energy and inspiration to come and add value to our already enthusiastic, well rounded and experienced team.

As an HR Advisor, you will be providing support to staff and managers within your allocated portfolio to assist and advise on casework (eg. performance, grievance, disciplinary) as well as manage creative interventions to address business issues with developmental solutions that are always people focused.
In addition, the HR Advisor will work closely with Finance colleagues to support Faculties and Directorates in the most effective and efficient management of their staffing establishment. 

If you have previous exposure within the public or education sector, this would be great however it is not essential for the role.

The Human Resources Directorate offers strategic and operational Human Resource Management and Organisational Development services which underpin and enable the delivery of the organisational strategies, structures, systems, skills and performance.  The key objective of the Directorate is to deliver a professional, modern and agile approach to HR and OD based on insights, strategy and solutions to enable the delivery of an ambitious People Strategy.
