About the Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Knowledge Exchange Officer to be part of and shape the new Knowledge Exchange Office (KEO) at Edge Hill University.

You will be an integral part of the core team that will deliver our knowledge exchange priorities. You will work in a supporting role to the Head of the KEO and the KEO office team, and in a liaison role to the Director of Knowledge Exchange, the PVC External Relations and other associated staff across the University, to deliver significant growth in income through these activities. 

You will have day to day supporting responsibility for key aspects of the KEO including data management, marketing and communications support, events curation, finance, and administrative support for the KEO and be the first point of contact for both internal and external stakeholders.

About You

As a Knowledge Exchange Officer, you will:

Have knowledge of the Knowledge Exchange environment, supporting the development of new income streams.Be comfortable working with people and data and assist in the development of new business.Have good IT skills and able to use data management systems, social media, and other means to good effect.Be able to balance competing priorities.

This is an ideal role for a proactive, ambitious individual who has excellent organisational and interpersonal skills.  

You will be confident in operating with staff at all levels both within the University and with external stakeholders and partners, able to excel as the first point of contact with the Knowledge Exchange Office and pride themselves in providing an excellent support service for internal colleagues and external clients.
