Lancaster Medical School Manager (0393-24)

Lancaster Medical School (LMS) seeks to appoint a School Manager to lead the large Team of over 35 Professional Services colleagues who support activities across the school, a large and complex department delivering a portfolio of qualifications at Undergraduate (UG) and Postgraduate (PG) level. Many of these are now, or will soon become, the subject of regulatory oversight by the General Medical Council (GMC) and the LMS Professional Services colleagues oversee all aspects of the delivery of Teaching, Learning and Assessment for these programmes.

You will work closely with the Head of Lancaster Medical School, and other colleagues, to ensure an excellent experience for all students enrolled on programmes of study delivered by LMS.

You will be a member of the Senior Leadership Team and will work with senior colleagues in LMS and across the Faculty and wider institution, and, in partner organisations to progress the objectives of Lancaster Medical School.

As a member of the LMS senior Team you will play an active role in the annual institutional planning process and in the on-going strategic development of Lancaster Medical School.
