As Head of Alumni Engagement you will lead the programme, working in partnership with our Communications team. You will use audience insight to develop and cost-effectively deliver activities that bring to life our Connected We Thrive proposition. Examples include webinars, in-person events and the alumni awards programme. You will manage a team of three colleagues who also handle c4,000 in-bound alumni queries each year.
You will have:
experience of proactively turning audience insight into successful activities
skills in managing a diverse and varied workload
the ability to coach, motivate and manage your team
and ideally experience of working with international audiences

This is a fixed term position available for 9 months. Hours of work are full-time (36.25 hours); however, applications are also welcome from candidates wishing to work part-time (minimum 21.75 hours per week).
