Shape and implement strategies to enhance student services across the entire student lifecycle, from registration to graduation.

Enable innovative processes that support student wellbeing and success.

Drive change in academic services through digital transformation and process improvements.

Manage a large, diverse team to deliver high-quality, user-centred services.

You will lead a team of approximately 150 staff, working closely with senior leaders across the university to ensure services are aligned with strategic priorities.

About you?

For this role, we’re looking for someone who has:

Strong analytical skills, particularly in relation to service improvement and resource management.

Experience in managing a large, hybrid team, delivering complex services to a diverse student population.

A proven ability to lead and motivate teams to deliver transformational change in student and academic services.

Strategic decision-making experience in a large, complex organisation.

A collaborative approach to working with academic and professional services colleagues to deliver institutional goals.
