  • on our Home page - 69 USD per month
  •  on other pages (by topic)- 39 USD per month per page
  • In our monthly alerts emailed to subscribers

Premium listing (valid until event expiration):

  • Gold level placement- 1st tier of the search results. 29 USD/event
  • Silver level placement- 2nd tier of the search results. 19 USD/event

Featured event service: conference announcement emailed to subscribers - 99 USD

Featured organizer :

  • Ad box on our home page and at the bottom of the other pages with logo and link to your website. 299 USD per month

How to proceed:

Follow these easy steps:

For banners or ad box

  1. Submit your conference. 
  2. Prepare your banner or ad box as a graphic image in one of the following formats : jpg, png, gif (animated gif may be accepted). Banners size are 720 X 90 pixels and ad boxes are 100 x 100 pixels.
  3. Send email with your conference id, title or link to [email protected]. Indicate the desired option (banner on home page, banner on conference topic page, ad box on home page, and time frame for your promotion. Attach the banner/ad box image to your email.
  4. Send the corresponding amount via paypal to [email protected].

For premium listing/featured event :

  1. Submit your conference. 
  2. Send email with your conference(s) id, title or link to [email protected]. Indicate the desired option (gold level, silver level).
  3. Send the corresponding amount via paypal to [email protected].

For featured event (emailed to subscribers):

  1. Submit your conference.
  2. Send email with your conference(s) id, title or link to [email protected] and a short description/call.
  3. Send the corresponding amount via paypal to [email protected].
