8th edition of the International Conference "Perspectives of Business Law in the Third Millennium"

8th edition of the International Conference "Perspectives of Business Law in the Third Millennium" to be held at the Bucharest University of Economic Studies, on November 23, 2018.

Organizers: The Law Department of the Bucharest University of Economic Studies and the Society of Juridical and Administrative Sciences.

The Conference is a platform of international legal debate that examines recent developments and prospects for development of business law. Within the framework of the Conference will be presented scientific papers in all areas of legal sciences, which will be scored according to their content in one of three sections.

The Conference opens its doors to authors from different countries, from the legal education space and from the practitioners of law, encouraging presentation both scientific papers of international interest covering comparative law, European Union law, international trade law, public international law, as and scientific papers to highlight the particularities of national law.
At the Conference may participate, both the people who want to submit a scientific paper, as well as the people who just want to hear the debate, without the submission of scientific papers.
The authors have the opportunity to submit a second scientific paper at the Conference paying an additional fee of 50 EUR.

The scientific papers are published in journals indexed in ISI Thomson (Clarivate Analytics), Scopus, Ebsco, Heinonline, ProQuest, CEEOL, ERIH Plus, RePEc, OAJI, WorldCat, KVK and in volumes edited by publishing houses with an international reputation in Social Sciences (Cambridge Scholars Publishing, Peter Lang International Academic Publishers, ADJURIS – International Academic Publisher) and indexed in the Conference Proceedings Citation Index - Thomson Reuters (Clarivate Analytics).
