The field of computational mechanics is remarkably successful. It has been responsible for many innovations in both engineering technology and science. A multitude of approaches have emerged over the last 2 decades and smart algorithms (often coupled with high performance computers) have enabled valuable multi-physics simulations to be undertaken with ever-increasing accuracy, robustness and sophistication. This Conference serves to bring communities together to share knowledge, learn from one another and propose new collaborations in order to further advance the field.
