XXIV ELAVIO 2020 — Latin-American Summer School in Operational Research

The main purpose of ELAVIO is to encourage and strengthen scientific studies conducted by young researchers in the area of Operational Research, training them on topics that are the state of the art in this area, and promoting future scientific collaborations among young researchers and experienced researchers from different Latin-Ibero-American regions and from the world. To fulfill this purpose, ELAVIO 2020 will gather several renowned researchers as invited speakers, who will teach short courses and tutorials (see section Speakers and Courses on our site), besides evaluating the research papers presented by young researchers and commenting on improvements to them. The official languages of ELAVIO are Spanish, Portuguese and English. Short courses and tutorials, and presentations by participants will be given in any of these languages (with slides in English).
