This will be the second in the series of workshops which aims to organise the Indian high energy and nuclear physics community around the EIC. The workshop will be designed as three days of plenaries on the EIC Project and the ePIC detector with speakers from US, India and other collaborating nations, with plenty of room for discussions. One of the outcomes of this meeting is to arrive at a joint proposal from all Indian institutes for funding by Indian agencies for participation in EIC.
