You’ll have a key role in helping students transition from living at home to fully independent living and ensuring all our accommodation users have the best possible experience when staying with us.
Responsibilities include:
Cleaning accommodation areasReporting maintenance requirementsEnsuring health and safety guidance is followedActing as the face of the department, engaging with students and visitorsThis role involves working on a 5 over 7 rota. Cleaning is required in some areas at weekends, therefore there is an expectation to work weekends on a rota basis. Weekend rota work requirements apply mainly during the summer peak period.

About youEnjoys striving for high standards of customer service.Loves working as part of a team.Personable with a friendly and approachable manner.Previous cleaning experience or knowledge of working in a hotel or student accommodation is beneficial, but not essential.Further InformationThis role is offered on a full time (36.5 hours per week) permanent basis.
