This role is only available to current University of Leeds students who will remain a student for the full duration of the post.

Are you a current student looking for part time casual work to support your studies? Do you have excellent customer service skills? Do you have experience of working in a customer facing role in the retail or catering industry?

The Catering & Hospitality department at the University of Leeds is looking to recruit a number of staff to work across the Refectory and eleven cafes on campus.

Duties will include

Barista hot and cold drink serviceFood serviceTill operationCustomer service and hospitality / event service

Flexible shift patterns around your study commitments and up to 20 hours per week available during term-time, with the opportunity for out of term and summer conferencing work also available.

Interviews are expected to be held 29 June 2026. Training is expected to take place on Sunday 13th September 2026, with shifts available from term 1.
