We are looking for a capable and professional individual to join the Student Services Directorate to support the delivery of a professional and proactive residential support, welfare and wellbeing service to ensure that all students have the opportunity to succeed in their studies and fully participate in a broader student experience.

The role includes project management; drafting of policies and procedures; event management, software systems development and co-ordinating communications.

The post holder will work closely with professional colleagues as well as a team of resident students who provide peer support and signposting to services.

The role requires a dynamic and motivated individual who works well in pressured situations and has excellent IT, communication, interpersonal, organisation and time management skills.

This is a part time position (29.2 hours per week) and the post holder will be required to work flexibly at various times throughout the year. There will be restrictions on the ability to take annual leave at peak times especially in September and October.
