Based in locations across all three UK campuses, we work as one service to provide collaboratively conceived, locally managed and collectively delivered services to students from all our Schools and Faculties.
Applications are invited for the above post based within the Careers and Employability Service in the Portland Building on University Park campus.
Unitemps Nottingham is a franchise managed by the University of Nottingham’s Careers and Employability Service. Unitemps Nottingham provides temporary staff to all departments across the University as well as to external clients in the local region, using students, graduates and local talent as a candidate pool. Unitemps is a business with students at the heart of its ethos. A key priority of the business is to help students become more employable by providing them with a wide range of temporary assignments while studying.
Working closely with the Recruitment Sales Executive within the Careers and Employability Service, the Recruitment Administrator will support the sourcing of temporary staff for external businesses in the Nottinghamshire and Derbyshire region. The role-holder will work on their own initiative in providing the full recruitment service; from the initial request right through to candidate compliance checks, managing multiple tasks and working to tight deadlines. The role requires exceptional customer service skills to support our candidates and to ensure a high quality service is provided to external clients.
This is full time, permanent position.
