Lancaster University Sports Centre is looking to recruit a Recreation Assistant to assist in the provision of high quality sport and leisure services to customers.
You will be a enthusiastic, self-motivated and committed individual who possesses excellent customer care skills, whilst having a mature and responsible approach. Working with a strong committed team your duties will include supervising the swimming pool and ensuring that the Sports Centre operates to a high standard throughout the day.
Experience working in a customer focussed environment and a flexible approach to work is essential together with good personal organisation and communication skills.
A National Pool Lifeguard qualification and a first aidcertificate is desirable.
Successful candidates will be subject to a DBS clearance.
