Team Leader - Campus Bars (fractional, part time) (NHE059818)

Based on University Park, you will support the running of multiple bars within the student Halls of Residence. You will be required to serve a wide range of food and beverages including a variety of cocktails, train and motivate staff and order stock. Other duties will include general cleaning of the Bar and associated areas and cash handling. You will also work with the team to develop ideas for service improvement and will promote excellent customer service at all times.

The successful candidate will have supervisory experience gained within a similar environment have excellent planning and organisational skills and have experience of managing stock. Ideally you will also have some experience of food preparation.

Hours of work are 35 per week to be worked mainly between 4pm and 23:30pm, 5 nights out of 7 to be arranged including regular weekends for 30.6 weeks of the year. Flexibility will be required. This post attracts a 20% allowance for hours works at the weekend.
