Playing a key role in the delivery of our Student Information Desk at the heart of each campus, you will act as the first point of contact for students, staff and visitors providing an efficient triage service, managing enquiries and providing administrative support.

In this varied and challenging role you will be a strong communicator with experience of customer service and/or providing information, advice and guidance in a service setting. Working as part of a team you will be able to handle a range of enquiries related to student administration and support services, advising enquirers on university policy, process and procedures.

Hours of attendance are Monday to Friday 8.30/9am – 4.30/5pm.
