Stores Supervisor (HOSP106)

The University of West London is a leading modern university specialising in the education and development of exceptional creative, business and service professionals.

We are looking for a person to work in our Operations Department at the Food Stores area as a Food Stores Supervisor.

The main purpose of this hands on role is to support the curriculum which runs six days per week. This person has to be able to purchase on a day to day basis, the food and commodity requirements for both classes and functions at the best possible price and quality.

The College’s HACCP policy and the Food Safety Act must be borne in mind at all the times. There is contact on an on-going daily basis with LCHT staff, students and suppliers.

Experience of working in a hospitality environment, good IT Skills including understanding stock controls systems and e mails is essential.

Please be advised that it is expected that appointment within a grade will normally be at the minimum point.
