Hull York Medical School is looking for two experienced administrators to join our team responsible for the coordination of our 5 year undergraduate medical programme (MB BS).

This is an exciting time to join the School as we prepare for a significant increase in our medical student numbers. You will be on the frontline leading the delivery of an enthusiastic and high-quality service to our students, staff and visitors every day. You will have an opportunity to shape our processes, ensuring that they are effective, efficient and student-focussed.

We are looking for candidates who are highly organised, collaborative, friendly, energetic and have excellent communication skills. You will need to demonstrate the ability to build strong working relationships across a complex multi-site organisation, as well as showing a commitment to improving the overall quality of the student experience.
