Lecturer in Social Work (HA3149-18-305)

Join our dynamic, forward thinking and creative group of social work lecturers who have a strong reputation for practice informed teaching and strong student support and where our research expertise is developing rapidly. 

You will play a significant role in working with existing colleagues to prepare for next year’s practice learning experiences for students, review and enhance skills provision and help with preparations for course redesign and review as well as assisting with recruitment work. Some teaching and assessment work will also be included in the role, although the timing of this post is likely to have a focus upon other elements of our academic roles and responsibilities. 

A recognised social work qualification and sound knowledge of social work education and practice, and excellent communications skills are essential.

This post is fixed-term for 6 months. Job sharers welcome.
