Recruitment Partner (HR027)

UWL is a career focused University and ranked in 50thplace in the Guardian University Guide 2019.The University has a diverse workforce of circa 800 staff with two campuses in Ealing and Brentford, West London.  

We are now seeking a Recruitment Partner to deliver a proactive recruitment and selection service. This is an exciting newly created role within the department, with the potential to add real value. Working in partnership with managers and HR Partners, the postholder will manage end to end recruitment, using their expertise and specialist knowledge to help shape and improve the recruitment and selection process, from the perspective of both the internal stakeholder and end user.

The ideal candidate will be a proven recruitment specialist who is knowledgeable and creative, and able to establish credibility with stakeholders at all levels. The postholder will also have a passion for continuous improvement, striving to always provide an excellent candidate experience whilst achieving effective results for the University. 

Candidates should be degree qualified and hold a full CIPD accreditation (or working towards), or equivalent. Although education sector experience is not an essential prerequisite, candidates should be committed to the values of higher education.
