As the London Geller College of Hospitality and Tourism enters its 70th year we are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Head of Restaurant and Operations to deliver a high quality, student centred and customer orientated operation. The successful candidate will drive operational consistency and innovation whilst ensuring exceptional quality and optimisation of profit. The successful candidate will have an eye for detail and be a keen negotiator with suppliers, demonstrating best purchasing practice and stock control within the Colleges seven kitchens making best use of the commodities produced.
