Climbing Duty Manager (068018)

An opportunity has arisen within the Climbing Centre for a proactive, self-motivated and highly organised individual to join our team.

The post holder will manage the Surrey Sports Park Climbing Centre (Surrey Summit) and support the development of courses, sessions, camps and events within Surrey Summit. This includes the close management of the department, including ensuring that the centre operates to the highest possible levels of safety, staff development and guest services.

The successful candidate must have line management experience as they will be involved in all aspects of management, including recruitment, induction, training, rotas, staff appraisals and performance management.
