The University is seeking to grow both teaching and research in the area of Sport, Coaching and Physical Education. The Sport programmes are a well-established and popular part of the School of Social Sciences portfolio.  The subject is offered as a BSc (Hons) Sport, Coaching and Physical Education programme and BA/BSc (Joint Hons) with Education Studies, Maths or Psychology.  The post requires flexibility, excellent interpersonal skills and a lively and informed engagement with current issues in the field.  You will be expected to lead and contribute to sport, coaching and physical education based modules and willing to undertake relevant research and scholarly activity to support the growth of research in your area of expertise.
