Applications are invited for the above post based in the Centre for Organisational Health and Development, an internationally renowned specialised research centre in occupational health at the University of Nottingham, and only one of three World Health Organisation (WHO) collaborating centres in occupational health in the UK. 

The role-holder will be expected to lead and deliver individual and collaborative research and teaching in the area of Occupational Psychology, and make a contribution to the direction of research programmes in the School of Medicine.

Candidates should hold a PhD (or equivalent) in Occupational Psychology and have a track record in delivering high-quality teaching in occupational psychology. Knowledge and expertise in the areas of occupational selection and assessment, training and career development and advanced quantitative methodologies in applied psychology are essential. Applicants will be expected to demonstrate that they have made a substantial contribution to high quality publications, considered to be within Research Excellence Framework (REF).

This post is full-time (36.25 hours per week) however applications are also welcome from candidates wishing to work part-time (minimum 29 hours per week) and will be offered on a fixed-term contract for a period of two years. Job share arrangements may be considered for this post.
