This post will form part of the Facilities Section, providing administrative support to the Facilities Team Manager, ensuring that the services provided are efficient, effective and adapt to changing circumstances.
The postholder will assist in the development of standardised practices across the section based on excellence of service and best practice and ensuring that University regulations and procedures are adhered to.
This is a busy and varied role with daily communication with staff, students and outside suppliers and contractors, so the postholder will need to have excellent organisational skills, demonstrate a good use of initiative and have the ability to multi-task and prioritise.

The post is being offered on a part-time basis, working 20 hours per week, to be worked from 9.30am to 1.30pm, Monday to Friday.
