Project Compliance Officer (FIX-224-2018)

Category: Professional/Support | Hub: BG Enterprise | Department: BG Futures | Closing Date: 18 Nov 2018 |   Bishop Grosseteste University is appointing a full-time Project Compliance Officer on a fixed-term contract. The post-holder will be responsible for project administration across both contracts, including compliance, and financial monitoring, supporting the project lead and working with a range of sub-contractors and funding agencies.   Ideally, the successful applicant will have experience of administering projects funded under European agencies or UK Government programmes (e.g. ESFA and ESIF) and will be familiar with their strict administrative, reporting and compliance requirements. Applicants should be able to demonstrate a track record in project/programme administration, preferably with a project management qualification.   You should be confident in representing the University at external meetings and events as well as delivering accurate reports. If you can also evidence excellent communication and time management/ prioritisation skills, the ability to work well on your own initiative and a keen eye for detail, we would like to hear from you.   Interviews for shortlisted applicants are scheduled for Thursday 22nd November 2018.   The above posts are funded by a contract awarded to Bishop Grosseteste University by the European Social Fund and the UK Skills Funding Agency for improving the labour market relevance of education and training systems.
