Events Manager (Graduation) (A2514)

As Events Manager (Graduation), you will lead on the delivery of the University’s graduation ceremonies on campus, ensuring a professional and smooth-running graduation day experience for around 3,500 graduating students and their guests each year. You will also plan and deliver other corporate events and contribute to the successful delivery of graduations at key partner institutions overseas, creating advocacy and enhancing the University’s reputation and profile with external stakeholders. 

You will be an experienced professional with a track record of success in large-scale event management in a complex organisation; and in planning and delivering projects to time and budget. You will be a confident communicator with excellent interpersonal skills, and proven experience of working successfully with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders. You will have demonstrable experience of event promotion and marketing, including using a variety of communications channels effectively and good working knowledge of editing, design and print production processes. 

You would join an energetic and enthusiastic team that builds effective relationships with a variety of stakeholders, and delivers a diverse programme of events and activities, which promotes the University’s reputation and brand. 

This is a full time, indefinite role.
