Recreation Assistant (08012019B-R-R-R)

An opportunity has arisen within the Operations Department for a proactive, self-motivated and highly organised Recreation Assistant to join our team.
The post holder will be responsible for provision of the day-to-day operation of the centre. This will involve cleaning and maintenance, and the preparation of facilities and equipment for sessions and activities, which includes set up and dismantling in line with Health & Safety procedures. You will also provide poolside supervision, through effective lifeguarding and may have to perform water-based rescues on occasion.

Excellent customer service skills are essential and a clear understanding of Health & Safety in the leisure industry. A current valid National Pool Lifeguard Qualification is desirable but not essential.
