Description :

The Undergraduate Student Recruitment Team at the University of Bath is looking to appoint an Undergraduate Student Recruitment Officer to support them in meeting their ambitious targets. The successful candidate will deliver activities which support the delivery of a resilient base of undergraduate applications and enrolments to the University.

You will take a lead role in developing relationships with prospective applicants and key external stakeholders, primarily through extensive outreach activity, to increase the number of highly qualified applicants considering a course of study at the University of Bath. In addition to supporting the Team in developing relationships in key recruitment markets, you will ensure that relevant and accurate IAG is provided to enable informed decision making. You will also work with agents to ensure they act as effective advocates for the institution, and will develop a broad knowledge of the University’s taught portfolio.

This role will join a team of recruitment specialists, formed to provide a comprehensive undergraduate recruitment unit, focussing its efforts on supporting prospective students by degree type rather than by market.

This is a maternity cover post with a fixed-term duration, as outlined in the job role.

The successful candidate will be expected to complete a full, satisfactory DBS check.

For an informal discussion about the role, please do not hesitate to contact Ciara Newby, UG Student Recruitment Manager: cjmn20@bath.ac.uk
