Health and Safety Officer (Professional Services) (046019)

The Health and Safety team are seeking an enthusiastic Health and Safety Officer to join them to promote compliance and good practices within Professional Services, at the University of Surrey.

As the successful candidate you will assist the Health and Safety Manager (Professional Services) in the implementation of the University’s Health and Safety Policy and provide advice and support to managers across the full range of Professional Services activities.

Qualified to a minimum of NEBOSH General Certificate in Occupational Health and Safety, or equivalent, you will also possess experience in a professional health and safety role. Strong communication and organisational skills, excellent observation skills, with strict attention to details, are also essential requirements.
