The Events team forms part of a busy and fast paced Marketing Department in an increasingly dynamic and competitive sector. Other teams within the department include Admissions, Recruitment and CRM, Communications, Campaigns and Web. The marketing department oversees student recruitment as well as all corporate brand activity.
The role involves the planning, development, organisation, execution and evaluation of a range of corporate and university wide events including, among others, Open days, Public lectures, Graduation, Conferences, one–off special events. The ability to promote events, either independently or in conjunction with the wider marketing team across a variety of platforms and channels is essential.
The successful candidate will be an experienced events co-ordinator, with strong organisational and administrative skills, excellent interpersonal and communications skills. Good time management skills and punctuality are essential. You will be passionate about delivering high quality events with a customer-centric approach. Experience in the education sector is desirable but not essential.
