Applications are invited for the position of Research Project Management Officer in the Power Electronics, Machines and Control Research Group. The post has been created initially as a two-year secondment opportunity to support and help grow research activities in the Power Electronics, Machines and Control Research Group. We are seeking an exceptional candidate to lead the management of many of the team’s research project portfolio. 

It is also essential that the candidate has experience in working with a world leading academic research group or team and has a proven experience in project management as well as in organising academic conferences, meetings, workshops and seminars. 

This post will be offered on a secondment contract for a period of 2 years. 

Requests for secondment from internal candidates will be considered on the basis that prior agreement has been sought from both your current line manager and the manager of your substantive post, if you are already undertaking a secondment role.
